Delivery times
Shipments to Italy are made via the GLS courier; the delivery time for your purchases is 1-2 working days.
The delivery time for shipments to Europe is 6 working days.
Shipments outside the EU community will take approximately 10- 15 working days from Poste Italiane.
GLS makes two delivery attempts. If the first one is not successful, you will be left with a postcard with the waybill number to communicate in order to agree on the new delivery appointment. Find all the information on the postcard itself.

Notices for international shipments
Shipping abroad may involve additional costs for customs, taxes, etc. which are not calculated in the total.
Any customs fees will be charged to the recipient.

Track your package
Are you waiting to receive an order but don't know where it is?
You can track it in 2 simple ways:
1. if you are registered on nowarfactory.com, log in from the shop page and enter your personal area: in the "My orders" section, you can immediately view the content and status of your latest orders
2. go to the site GLS and enter the identifier that will be provided to you in the shipment confirmation email or text message.
