Absolutely, all our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic, thus ensuring safe use.

2. How can I make an exchange or return?

You can change the products purchased within 30 days of receiving the order. In case of imperfections or if the product received is not compliant, we will replace it completely free of charge or refund the order. In case of an error in the size, make sure that the products are new and in perfect condition and contact us by email at info@nowarfactory.com with the details of the order. 3. How can I interpret the measurements of bracelets and rings?

We use the inside diameter in centimeters to indicate the sizes of bracelets and rings. See the size guide available on the product page for further details.

4. Do your products contain depleted uranium or other radiation?

No, our products do not contain depleted uranium or other radiation. We guarantee the safety and quality of our products.

5. How long does it take for shipments?

In Italy, shipments take place in 1-3 working days via GLS courier. For shipments in Europe, the delivery time is approximately 6 working days, while for shipments outside the EU, the delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days.
